These Terms govern your use of the DishMe AI iOS app and website (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Don’t misuse the Services or attempt to access them using a method other than our provided interfaces.
Some features may require a one-time purchase or subscription via the App Store. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Third-party billing terms apply; refunds are handled by Apple.
You retain rights to the content you create in the app (e.g., photos, recipes). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Services.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
The Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific nutritional outcomes or that every suggestion will meet your dietary needs.
To the extent permitted by law, DishMe AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
